A Tampere EMBA delegation of 24 led by professor Vehmanen Petri, EMBA project chief, and the training manager Ms. Ihalainen Paula paid a visit to Lingnan College the afternoon of April 13. The other 22 student delegates are all top executives of large companies in Finland.

Lingnan MBA Center vice director Hong Yuan and IMBA student Liu Zezhi introduced to them the facts about Lingnan College and its international characteristics, while Mr. Vehmanen Petri talked about the purpose and meaning of this visit to China and the development of Tampere’s EMBA program. He said highly of Lingnan MBA program’s international aspects and expressed the will to enhance exchange and cooperation between these two universities.

After that, professor Luo Dan, vice dean of Lingnan College, delivered a lecture entitled Economic Integration in Southern China – Results, Prospects and Challenges that acquainted Finland guests with Chinese economy in a relaxing atmosphere. In the end, students from both sides exchanged ideas and talked freely.
