Law Schools of UQ & SYSU Join Hands

Charles Richett, Dean of the School of Law at the University of Queensland, and Shirley Y. Chung from UQ International Relationship Office, paid a visit to Sun Yat-sen University the afternoon of Sep. 26, 2005. They talked friendly with the Dean of SYSU Law School Liu Heng about the cooperation between the law schools of these two universities, and signed an academic collaboration agreement.

Since the University of Queensland is a prestigious university in Australia, this agreement will, without doubt, put the school a step closer to its goal of realizing internationalization, facilitate its academic exchange with foreign institutes, and provide a channel for the law students to get overseas study opportunities.
