SYSU Send Medical Team to Quake-hit Sichuan

 

On the evening of May 15, Sun Yat-sen University’s first medical team flew to Chengdu to assist in the disaster relief and rescue work there. This medical team was quickly mobilized in the morning, consisting of 18 doctors with Professor Li Ping as the leader. In the mean time, medical equipments, medicine and other related materials in urgent need have also been prepared for this trip. The medical team will make their utmost efforts to tend the quake-stricken victims with other health care workers in the disaster zone.
